An illustration done to accompany a New York Times article entitled "Take A Rat to Dinner" by Op-Ed Contributor Steven A. Shaw. The article was about the presence of rats in New York restaurants and proposes that maybe the risk of getting sick from a rat is more irrational than we may, at first, think.
